A strapping machine tensions and seals PP or PET strap around cartons and pallets, in manual tensioner, manual combination tool and electric or pneumatic versions. Check the strap width and thickness it accepts (commonly 12–19 mm; outside that range it will not tension or seal), whether it seals by friction weld or metal clip (PET strap must be welded), and whether tension is adjustable. If you strap daily in volume, an electric unit pays back its cost quickly in time saved.
