Combination Pliers 1 products
Combination pliers are the general-purpose hand tool: a flat section for gripping, a rounded section for bending, and cutting edges near the pivot, so one pair covers most household and electrical work. Common sizes are 6"–8", forged from chromium-vanadium steel with induction-hardened edges, typically cutting 1.6–2.5 mm copper or soft iron wire. Check the stated edge hardness, whether the jaws align, and whether the grips are non-slip and insulated. Do not use them on wire rope or hardened screws — that is a bolt cutter job.
